SAME DAY EDITING
The Same Day Edit offering is also called a wedding day highlight presentation. It is a short video (5-7 minutes) produced from the wedding footage shot earlier that day and presented at your reception recapping the day's highlights. We provide a projector, large screen and sound to entertain your guests with a treat that will make them laugh, cry, and applaud. Please read feedback from our customers below. WEDDING VIDEOTAPING STYLE
Our approach to Event Videography is very much about capturing the spirit of the day through the spontaneous moments and telling the story journalistically. We pay particular attention to the subtle gestures, details, emotions that make each event unique. We use high quality wireless and on camera microphones so even when it is hard to hear the speaker for the audience we don't miss anything on tape.
During the event we try to stay as invisible as possible. We don't ask people to pose or stop or do something over.
Video Journalistic style is typically described as a documentary of the event. Segments are edited as they occur to preserve continuity. This style of editing will produce a polished documentation of the day as it unfolds. Also can be referred to as Documentary Style.
Cinematic, the term is defined as making a movie or film. It is captured and edited for the dramatic effect and mood. It is usually presented with a particular style and "wow" effect that may not be present in a "mere documentary" of the event. We edit under 10 minutes highlights videos with music of your choice that may be uploaded online. The shorter highlights chapter is popular to show friends, while family might watch the full-length wedding DVD.
You can choose from Short Form Wedding video or Traditional.
Short form wedding video is a video of the day that has been edited to fit within 50 minutes (on 1 DVD).
Traditional wedding video, is a catch all term for styles that do not fit with above. Traditional tends to look more like a family shot video, it can be edited, but usually lightly. Everything is edited in a linear progression and usually in its entirety. These videos tend to be 2 to 3 hours in length.

Dear Elena -I think video is excellent! It really gives a sense of his work without conveying the feeling that the viewer has seen the whole thing. I love the way you zoomed in and then up on "Rising," the red painting that was the first insert. I realized it was a vertical and thus a problem for the shape of the image and you resolved that problem beautifully. That painting and "Starry Night" work very well with the audio especially. The other inserts were very good also, and I'm glad you added a bit more of Cozumel's detail to include more of the greens.
