Since opening Photo Artistry in 1985 Judy quickly began to enjoy a reputation as one of Fort Wayne's most sought after wedding and portrait photographers and after these many years that has not changed. She remains one of Fort Wayne's premier photographers in both the wedding and portrait photographer fields.  Additionally she is always available for destination weddings in cities across the United States as well as weddings being held in a more tropical setting such as Mexico, and other island settings.

Her initial commitment was to create beautiful photographic memories of her client's wedding day or special moments in the lives of her portrait clients, all the while producing professional quality products at an affordable price. And after photographing over a thousand weddings and uncounted portrait sessions both in and outside of the United States that commitment has not changed. She is still as excited about creating special images for her clients today as she was all those many years ago. Her satisfaction comes from seeing the tears that come to the eyes of her clients when she presents them with their images.....images that are the photographic memories of these moments in time in their lives.

Judy was a founding member of Fort Wayne Wedding Connection and is a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI). She has judged numerous photo competitions in the surrounding area and has studied with many of the country's premier wedding and portrait photographers including Monte Zucker, David Ziser, Chuck Lewis and Joyce Wilson. She continues to study today, believing that one must keep current in their field in order to offer the finest of services to their clients. She is as talented with Photo Shop and a computer as she is working with her Nikon cameras.

Judy's images have earned print competition awards from WPPI and her fine art prints have hung in the Fort Wayne Museum of Art.
 

Judy Gaulden photographed my sister's June 2007 nuptials in our hometown and did a spectacular job. The photos were beautiful, she is super fun and made us all feel comfortable as she shot a "bijillion" photos of us. So when "posed" (pun intended) with the task of hiring a photographer for my own wedding and feeling extremely overwhelmed at the hordes of Chicago photogs and the mixed reviews my Mom suggested we ask if Judy would travel and what her travel fees would b like. Well, turns out, Judy does indeed travel and her fees are not bad at all. Her packages are significantly less than most Chicago photographers and her travel fees are basically just mileage  and hotel.  I'm thrilled that we have booked her for our wedding in 2009 and I'm going to feel very secure in knowing that Judy is shooting our wedding.

Judy photographed our wedding and also a pre-wedding session....In a word...Magnificent! The phrase "you get what you pay for"?  That is definitely the case! Judy was so incredibly willing to work around the extremely hectic schedules of my wife and I and our pictures turned out so well. A true professional in every sense of the word...it was great to not have to worry about how our photos would turn out. A tip for those of you looking for wedding photos you will never forget...let her do special effects on the photos. Amazing!

We loved having Photo Artistry do the photography for our wedding!  Judy was kind, professional, and really personalized the whole experience for us to truly give us photographs that have brought us back to our wedding day every time we look at them.  We enjoy the fact that the photographs were  unique and more candid than most wedding photos we typically see.
