She has donated her photography to the nationally known Heart Gallery Project and has also worked in the non-profit field donating work to the Norfolk SPCA, Tidewater Arts Outreach, ForKids, the Natchel’ Blues Network, and the Archie Edwards Blues Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC.

Recent awards include lst Place in the Annual Chesapeake Bay Art Association’s Outdoor Show and 

Best in Photography at the Artists Gallery “Art of Bloom” show in Virginia Beach.
